Silver Jubilee Bridge, Runcorn

Commissioned by the construction company doing work on the road surface.

This was particularly challenging to get the desired shots - not because of the lighting conditions, waiting for the perfect amount of traffic to pass, loosing shots due to shake (vibration from passing heavy traffic)… but simply finding somewhere appropriate and safe to ‘perch’ on the bridge without putting oneself at risk.

It’s a pretty impressive piece of engineering and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views from the waterfront in Runcorn.
