We’ve had a flurry of last minute jobs recently - this one was arranged and booked with less than a day’s notice but we managed to pull it off! Castrol Oil needed a high quality image for their up coming international ad campaign promoting a huge competition they’re launching in the new year. Here are some of the behind-the-scene shots taken by assistant Dario.

High Contrast were commissioned to provide PR photography for Fresh Start Waste Services’ Green Chef food recycling scheme across Manchester. The Green Chef diverts from landfill and recycles 100% of food waste.

High Contrast were commissioned to shoot the new shopping centre in Bury called The Rock to demonstrate the popularity and nightlife at the location.

Midland HR wanted to invest in a big shoot that would enable them to get a really strong range of stock photography for current and future promotions.

High Contrast were recently commissioned by Greens Health & Fitness to provide a range of health-oriented shots for their promotions over the coming months. We shot on location at one of their health clubs, taking along full studio equipment. Our model for the shoot was the lovely Ruth from Source models.

We were approached by Kawasaki and asked to provide a series of images to promote the newest addition to their stable of bikes. They wanted a blend of both retro and modern styling to match the bike’s image; a new take on a retro classic.

We recently had a somewhat unusual shoot for Del Monte’s ‘Smooth as Ice’ campaign. We sourced the perfect ultramodern mansion for the shoot.. then preceded to bring in an entire chesterfield sofa sculpted from pure ice by the incredible craftsmen at Eskimo Ice. We then sat our poor model for the day, Emma Rice, on the sofa and took photos for as long as she could endure! Her sacrifice was not in vain though, and we got a heap of great shots for the client, which are currently being distributed in a national print campaign.
